We champion ambitious women building meaningful careers in growth marketing and non-code side of tech through community, mentorship, and real connections.
GrowthXsplendid began with a belief I’ve carried with me long before I entered the tech industry: a woman’s possibilities should never be limited because she is a woman.
Growing up as the third daughter in an Igbo Nigerian family, I saw first-hand the lack of expectations and dreams that could be placed on women simply because of their gender. Thankfully, I was raised by parents who constantly reminded me of my strength, encouraged me to take risks, and made me believe I could pursue whatever I wanted.
That belief followed me into my career and shaped the woman I became.
As I found my way into tech and growth marketing, I also realised how powerful access can be—access to knowledge, people, opportunities, encouragement and someone willing to open a door.
I wanted more women to have that access without having to navigate the journey alone. So I created GrowthXsplendid: a space where women could learn, find opportunities, build meaningful relationships and, most importantly, champion one another.
What started as my way of giving back has grown into something much bigger than me. Today, we’re building a community where one woman’s growth creates a pathway for another.
And we’re only getting started.

I had the opportunity to learn about the non coding side of tech, finished among the top in my cohort, and secured a job as a Digital Marketer, a role I still hold today. Before this, my experience had been entirely in Architecture, so I never imagined myself pursuing a career in digital marketing.
