GrowthxSplendid is building the right community with intending and expert growth marketers. We are set a out to train young women in Africa who are interested in Growth/Digital marketing with little or no knowledge for FREE and link them to paying jobs where they can put their acquired knowledge and skills to practice. We offer intern both theory and practical based with experienced and expert mentors to guide our interns.
Aim
Our 2022 goal is to train 100 Nigerian women in Growth/Digital marketing and place at least 20% in paying jobs. Currently, we have released 2 podcast sessions, youtube videos and just wrapped up with Internship 1.0. Out of the top 5 finalist on this internship, 3 have gotten jobs and others are currently taking interviews.
